Transportation Services:
Transportation from/to the Jacksonville International Airport and the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront is via the Express Shuttle Transfer. The trip is approximately 25 minutes. To book your reservation, please CLICK HERE to download the Express Shuttle Transfer form. Please complete and then fax to (904) 249-3728.
The rate is $20.00 per passenger/each way. Pricing is inclusive of parking, service fees and any applicable taxes. Rates are based on one-way transfer between the Jacksonville International Airport and the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront.
Should you wish to make shuttle reservations for a return trip to the airport from the hotel please see the Express Shuttle representative at the Concierge Desk in the hotel lobby (Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.). On weekends the hotel concierge will be happy to assist you. Please book your return shuttle reservation 24 hours in advance or simply utilize the form above to secure your return shuttle service.
Taxis are always available and are metered.

From Jacksonville International Airport:
- Take 95 South approx. 18 miles
- Take the Union Street exit (exit 353-B)
- Turn Left (east) onto Union Street
- Travel one mile on Union Street to Newnan Street
- Turn right onto Newnan Street
- Travel 0.5 miles on Newnan
- Turn left onto Coastline Drive
- Make immediate left into Front Entrance of hotel
From 10 East Bound (Gainesville/Tallahassee/Valdosta):
- Take I-10 Eastbound
- Take 1-10 to I-95 North
- Exit 352-B (Forsyth Street)
- Take Forsyth Street approx. 1.0 miles to Newnan Street
- Turn right on to Newnan Street and travel 0.5 miles
- Turn left onto Coastline Drive and immediate left into Hotel Driveway
From I-95 North Bound (St. Augustine, Miami, Tampa, Orlando, South Florida):
- Take I-95 North to Exit 350-A (Main Street/Prudential Drive)
- Follow signs for Main Street
- Proceed over the Main Street Bridge (Blue Bridge)
- Take a sharp right via the exit ramp
- Turn right at bottom of exit ramp to Newnan
- Turn left on Coastline Drive and make immediate left into hotel entrance
From Beaches (Atlantic Beach/Neptune Beach/Mayport):
- Take Atlantic Blvd heading West
- Atlantic Blvd. turns into the Arlington Expressway
- Take Arlington Expressway to the Matthews Bridge
- Cross the Matthews Bridge and follow signs to Downtown via State Street
- Take State Street to Newnan Street
- Turn left on Newnan Street toward the river
- Travel 1.5 miles on Newnan Street
- Turn left on Coastline Drive and make immediate left into hotel driveway

- Take JT Butler Blvd (Highway 202) West to I-95 North
